How can I get a quote?

To get a quote fill in one of the forms in the ”Get a Quote” section or just contact us if your query is not related to the existing fields.

How long will it take to hear from you?

We usually respond within 48 hours if we have all the details needed for a proposal.

How can I file for a claim?

  • Health Insurance: Contact your dedicated Insurance Advisor*
  • House Insurance: Contact your dedicated Insurance Advisor*
  • Car Insurance: Call your Road Assistance help line. They will arrange the FREE transportation of your vehicle (if needed) at the garage and assist you with the paperwork.

*You will have a dedicated insurance advisor if you decide to sign up with us. This person will be your point of contact for all your insurance needs and the details will be given to you after you sign up to your insurance agreement.

Are there any differences between insurance plans in Greece and the rest of the world?

It is important to remember that Greek insurance differs in some areas from the plans you have in your home country. It is particularly important to communicate your needs to your insurance advisor and we will make sure your specific requests will be reflected in your insurance plan.

I keep hearing that insurance companies are suspended in Greece, why?

Greece’s insurance sector is currently under reform. We make sure that we only partner with healthy insurers that will be there when you need them. If you already have signed up with a company you should ask the following questions: What is the company’s financial record? What is the agreed timeframe for a claim to be handled? What is the solvency margin of the firm you are about to sign up to? Your insurance advisor should be able to answer the above questions.
